2023 OpEx Report

Find out how your operating costs and occupancy rate measure up to other properties in your building's class or submarket!

The 2023 report contains the average cost per square foot for nine specific operating expense categories using data from 51 buildings, totaling over 16 million square feet of office space. Data collected was primarily from general multi-tenant buildings and corporate buildings (42 properties), with six industrial properties and three medical office properties included. Only office recoverable rentable area was used in the report.
