Houston BOMA's Engagement and Inclusion Committee strives to cultivate a community that champions diversity, equity, inclusion, and
belonging by fostering an environment where every voice is valued
and empowered. We aim to implement equitable policies and
practices across all aspects of our organization. Through ongoing
training and education, targeted recruitment efforts, and regular
assessment of our progress towards our goals, we aim to create
opportunities for all members to thrive and contribute to a vibrant
and inclusive industry.
