Recognize your building and property management team by entering The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards!
The TOBY Awards is the most prestigious and comprehensive program in the commercial real estate industry that recognizes outstanding performance in buildings and rewards excellence in building management. Competing in the TOBY Awards not only helps you demonstrate your value to owners, tenants, and stakeholders, but also provides an opportunity to educate property management professionals and reinforce team building.
Here's what you need to do to enter your building for a TOBY Award:
- Complete the TOBY entry form and pay the entry fee by July 31, 2024
- Prepare your portfolio and submit by September 12, 2024
- Complete a building tour for judging by the TOBY committee in September 2024
- Join us at the Annual Awards Extravaganza on Friday, December 6, 2024 to find out if you're a local winner!
- If you win at the local level, advance to Regional Competition at Southwest Region Conference (April 2025)
- If you win at the regional level, advance to International Competition at BOMA International Conference & Expo (Summer 2025)
