2024 Compensation Study Report

The 2024 report compares salary and compensation benefits for property managers, building engineers, and administrative staff, using data from 634 Houston property management professionals and 26 companies. Salary and benefit ranges are organized by job title, building class, and building size. Additional information about employee designations and benefits is also included. 

New for 2024, the survey includes the title of General Manager/Regional Manager/Vice President for the Property Managers category, allowing further distinction between those managing day-to-day operations of multiple properties and those managing a portfolio.
