Building engineer 


Job Description

1. Maintenance Electrician's license, or ability to obtain in 60-days.

2. EPA Refrigerant Certification.

3. Stationary Engineer's license. (preferred) 3. 5+ years of class "A" high rise office building in operations/maintenance/engineering.

4. Focus on tenant satisfaction.

5. Strong troubleshooting skills for building systems.

6. SMA/SMT (would be preferred but not required)

7. High School Diploma or GED
