SMA or SMT 2012 Course Listing

*Beginning January 1, 2011, students enrolling in the SMA® designation program will be required to fulfill an SMA® Experience Requirement.  Students must demonstrate three years of verifiable experience as a stationary engineer or equivalent in addition to completing at least 25 of the 35 criteria outlined in the SMA® Experience Criteria Verification Form. This experience must be performed for a minimum property portfolio of 40,000 square feet.
