At its strategic planning retreat this past weekend your Board of Directors implemented cutting-edge strategies to ensure that Houston BOMA would continue to be the leading organization of choice for the commercial real estate industry. Careful thought and analysis over a two day period produced a new operational model sure to provide continued excellence in legislative advocacy representation for the industry, leadership and career development for our membership, as well as a menu of outstanding networking opportunities.

Increased staff support to better serve member needs and improve member services;
